We are looking for participants aged 18 – 34.
When will NAJU tell me about my participation?
We are working as fast as possible! But due to the selection process we will not be able to inform you about your participation before the 23th of May 2012.
How much is the fee?
The fee will be 50 EURO. For more information please click here.
What about the refund of my travel costs?
Up to 75 % of the travel costs can be reimbursed after handing in the original tickets.
Please take some time to think about your carbon footprint
– Maybe there is an option to use a train or bus instead of a plane.
NAJU will not refund plane tickets for travels within Germany.
Please note: We expect you to book the less expensive option, meaning 2nd class train tickets or economy plane tickets.

Will NAJU refund my visa or insurances expenses?
No, you need to pay for you visa and your insurances yourself.
Will NAJU assist me with my visa application?
We know that there is just a little time to apply for the visa after you did receive the information about your participation. We will try to help you as far as possible.
I would like to extent my stay in Germany, is that possible?
It is possible to extent your stay for up to six days. You will need to take for yourself. NAJU will not help you with finding a place to stay.

Will NAJU organize my trip to the CBD COP 11?
No, we can’t do that. The gybn kick-off conference will provide space to plan a common action during the CBD COP 11. Use the “time in between” to make plans with the other participants, together you might find your way to Hyderabad.
What about food and accomodation?
Board and lodging during the conference will be covered by NAJU.
